Speculations have it that the student portal is not yet stable for payments of fees. This is because although the invoices are ready for generation and payment, it's important to know that they are not all uniform (as in the same). But even before the meeting some others already paid. Those set of students were instructed to apply for refund of the difference by the school administration. But trust me, that process took like forever and even now some got frustrated and forgot about the refunds.
