It is with a heart bleeding in pain that I regret to bring to your fore the passage unto glory of former Distinguished Senator John Onyinyechi Grace who left us on Friday, 13th October 2017. Until her death, she is known to be jovial, humble, caring, loving, kind and intelligent. She never shut her heart from making friends, giving advice and providing a helping hand. It is quiet disappointing for death to smear you at this time that the entire faculty needs you most for your wealth of experience. But it is even more agonizing this time that you are just on the cross road to serve the society.
Who will love and care for us like a mother as u did? Who will be there for us as a friend? Who will advice us as a father would? In all these questions and even more, no one can fill your vacuum. Our hearts will forever bear the scar of your untimely death.
However, in all things we give thanks to God. As we mourn your death, may God grant us the fortitude to bear the loss. To your parents, siblings and lived ones I pray God grants them sufficient grace to survive the agony of your sudden demise.
Dear Grace, we love you but God loves you most. Till we meet to part no more.
