The Nigerian Universities Engineering Students
Association (UNN Chapter) led by NWANGELE GODWIN have finalized plans to move
for the proposed field trip to Lagos. The trip which proposes to accommodate 30-40
students in UNILAG Guest house is at its final stage. The President of the Engineering association
as well as the SUG president of UNILAG are working hand in hand with GODWIN. The
trip to Lagos which is set to take off on Wednesday 24th to return
Saturday 27th of MAY features the following visits;
1.
Egbim Powerplant (Egbim Ikorodu)
2.
Tarkway Bay Beach (Lagos Island)
3. And UNILAG Tour.

The field trip is becoming
a tradition for the Faculty as the previous administration led by DIKE JOSHUA set the pace by organizing similar trip to the Port Harcourt Refinery and Trans-Amadi Power-plant in 2016. Below are pictures from 2016 trip.

We really hope that the trip will help facilitate a more
practical understanding of the theoretical knowledge of engineering students in
the Faculty.
However, those who are still interested in the trip should meet with the President or any of the NUESA executives.
