Course Registration is one exercise that is carried out by every Nigerian Student in every institution. the process may differ from one institution to another. in this post i will be outlining some important subjects around Course registration in UNN as well as provide some links to a number of 'How to' tutorials. you will also see the various options on how to Carryout your course registration.
Why is Course registration in UNN Important?
Course Registration is an important aspect of your academic life in UNN as the exercise is a determinant on your graduation. yes. in UNN aside the fact that you have to obtain minimum of pass in all your courses, it is also mandatory that you register those courses too. see a Post outlining fully, the Conditions for Graduating in UNN.
Also Course registration is also important because according to Section 2.1 (page 13) of the UNN Academic Regulation, A returning student who fail to register within four weeks from the date of registration begins shall not be allowed to register for the semester. Such student shall be deemed not to have registered for the semester and shall have lost the opportunity to register for the semester.
Again, registration not done on time will require a late registration fee
When will UNN Course Registration Start?
Course Registration in UNN is done every semester, that is, twice every session. This registration is done on the University Registration portal. the portal for registration is usually open 2-3 weeks after resumption of that particular semester and last for a specified period of time stipulated by the University administration. there is also provision for Late registration which is usually the last opportunity for students to register for that particular semester. all these details a usually contained in the UNN Academic Calendar.
How to do UNN Course Registration
To carryout Course Registration in UNN you have three (3) options.
Option 1
Visit the UNN Registration Portal, Login to your Profile and carry out the Registration. Make sure to follow every instruction as stipulated in the advertisement document on the University website.
Option 2
