We all want to be successful but a lot of us find it difficult to nurture our dreams with persistence, and after few trials without succeeding , most people "QUIT".

However, looking back at how people started very small, taking little steps at a time, and after been opportune to work with different kind of people, seeing
them in their difficult times and how they succeed. I would recommend visualization as a powerful tool for goal setting.

I started "Imagining how life will be after I have reached my goals, and I took that as a great motivator to keep me moving forward".

Notwithstanding, I am aware that visualization might produce the opposite results in people who have a fear of failure. People who have a fear of failure were often left in a strong negative perception after being asked to visualize their goals and goal attainment, one of the reason is that they feel they can NOT achieve such BIG dreams.

I have had series of experiences were friends and family said that dream is too big to achieve. But trust me , there is no dream that is too big to achieve because  many have achieved most of those dreams people told them were TOO BIG, by setting small goals and visualizing their dreams.

Therefore, start by setting a few small goals.

1.) These should be goals that are slightly, but not overwhelmingly challenging.

2.) Think of these goals as "early wins" that are designed to help boost your confidence.

3.) Try to make your goals tiny steps.

4.) Don't focus on the end picture, Just focus on the next step.

Believe me, taking one small step at a time will help build your confidence, keep you moving forward, and prevent you from getting overwhelmed with visions of your final goal.

Many of us sometimes experience a fear of failure, but we mustn't let that fear to stop us from moving forward.

Fear of failure can have several causes, maybe from childhood events to mistakes we've made in our adult lives. It's important to realize that we always have choice: we can choose to be afraid, or not to be.

When you set small goals, it will help build your confidence, teach you how to explore and evaluate all possible outcomes rationally, it will help you develop contingency plans and also makes you practice thinking positively.

By moving forward slowly but steadily, you'll begin to overcome your fear of failure and achieving your BIGGER goals will become easier and fun as you succeed.

Start Now, Yes You can!
