Change they say is on constant thing in life, but there is need to specify the kind of change involved though. In the case of the University of Nigeria,
you need not be told that's her's is POSITIVE change.
That the University of Nigeria have gone sufficiently far digital is no news. Her resent successful execution of Continuous accessment e-moodle test stands to show for this.
